These cannot. of course. be used in an emergency, as they could take a few days to reach you. If you are ordering online or via mail order, go through the index or list provided by the pharmacy. Make sure that it has the same medicine you have requested and is made by a well-known company in the U.S. The medicines should be USDA or FDA-approved.
